Roig Arena Valencia: upcoming events and how to get there

Oct 19, 2026 | Events and fairs

The Roig Arena Valencia, the most modern multi-purpose venue in the city and driven by businessman Juan Roig, is now a reality. Since its opening on 6 September 2025, with an emotional tribute to Nino Bravo, the arena has quickly become one of the most important spaces in Spain for concerts, large-scale events, and major sporting competitions.

If you’re thinking of visiting Valencia to enjoy a concert, a family show, or a match, here you’ll find the latest information about the Roig Arena: upcoming events, facilities, location, how to get there, and accommodation options near the venue.

What is Roig Arena and where did the idea come from?

Roig Arena is a next-generation indoor stadium built to accommodate a wide range of events, from sports to live music and business gatherings.

With a capacity of up to 20,000 spectators for concerts and 15,600 for basketball games, it is the new home of Valencia Basket, becoming a key meeting point for fans of sports, live music, and major shows. If you’d like to learn more about the team’s season, you can check out our guide to Valencia Basket matches.

This is a private and family-led project with a clear mission: to boost not only sporting development in the Comunitat Valenciana, but also its cultural and social scene.
