HOW DO I ACCESS THE APARTMENT WHEN THE RECEPTION IS CLOSED?

Reception hours are Monday through Sunday from 10 am to 18 pm. Outside of these hours, the entry to the building and the apartments by access codes. The day before your arrival, we will send you via email / Whatsapp the access codes.

HOW DO I USE THE APARTMENT CODE?

At the entrance of each apartment, right next to the door, you will find a black device - a digital keypad. Only by pressing the centre of the display will the number keys appear. By entering the code, the apartment door will open automatically.

HOW DO I USE THE BUILDING CODE?

If you press the key 0, four dashes appear. When this occurs, please enter the code that we sent to you.

HOW CAN I RESERVE PARKING? IS IT FREE?

On-site parking can be booked from our website, or if you wish, once you arrive at the apartment. The parking price is € 15 / vehicle / day.

DO YOU HAVE BABYCOTS AND HIGHCHAIRS? ARE THEY FREE?

We have babycots and highchairs, for customers who request them. (Subject to availability) The price is € 5 / day. (If you are staying long-term, please contact us for rates.)

DOES MY APARTMENT HAVE A TERRACE?

The penthouses have a large furnished terrace. Some 3-bedroom apartments have a furnished interior balcony. The two-bedroom apartments do not have a terrace.

IS THE APARTMENT CLOSE TO THE BEACH?

The beach is about 15 minutes by car / taxi and about 25 minutes by bus.

WILL THE APARTMENT BE CLEANED EVERY DAY?

The cleaning of the apartments is for stays longer than 7 nights (it will be done one per week, subject to guest request). If you wish, you can request an extra cleaning with an additional cost of € 45.

DO YOU HAVE A RESTAURANT OR CAFETERIA?

We do not have a cafeteria in our building, but we do offer the possibility of requesting breakfast which will be delivered directly to your apartment (Reservation time limit is 17.30of the previous day.)
