FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Reception opening hours are from Monday to Sunday from 10am to 6pm. Outside these hours, access to the building and the flats is by codes. The day before your arrival, we will send you via email/whatsapp these codes, as well as an emergency telephone number to contact in case of need.

At the entrance of each flat, right next to the door, you will find a black device where you have to press in the centre and all the numbers will appear. By entering the code, the door will open simply by pushing.

In each portal there is a display, if you press the 0 key, 4 dashes appear. Enter the code that we have sent you.

The parking can be booked on the website. The price of the parking is 15€ /day.

We have cots and high chairs available on request (subject to availability). The price is 5€/day (long stays, please consult price).

Only the penthouses have a large furnished terrace. Some 3-bedroom flats have a furnished interior balcony. The 2-bedroom flats do not have a terrace.

The beach is about 15 minutes by car/taxi and about 25 minutes by bus.

The cleaning of the flats is not included, you can request this service at a cost of 45€ per day. For stays of more than 7 nights, a weekly cleaning service will be provided (upon request).

We do not have a cafeteria in our building, but we offer the possibility, to order breakfast and it will be brought directly to your flat (deadline for request 17,30 the day before). Price for 2 persons: 15€.
