New building and flat with very spacious rooms. It is well located, about 10 minutes walk from the historic centre and the Ruzafa district. It has parking in the building itself that you can hire as an extra. I can’t say anything negative.

The flat is beautiful. Clean and comfortable. The attention at the reception was excellent. Close to the centre and next to Joaquin Sorolla Ave Station. When we were leaving we were able to stay in a comfortable lounge next to reception until it stopped raining.

Very good flats within walking distance of the historic centre of Valencia. They are large, about 100m2, with several rooms and fully equipped kitchen. The treatment at the reception was very good. We left delighted and looking forward to coming back again soon!

The flats are very good. The location is very good for walking to the centre and very close to the Ave and suburban train station. The staff behaved very well at all times and solved the small problems we had in an agile way. We will be back.

Everything was very good. The flats were very clean, very cosy and nicely decorated. The location of the apartments is very close to the centre so you don’t need to take a city bus or taxi to get there. The staff were very friendly.
