It’s one of the biggest celebrations of Japanese culture, anime, manga, cosplay, and video games. This year, Japan Weekend Valencia 2025’s program offers concerts, contests, games, conferences, and the sale of products related to Japanese pop culture, such as books, comics, and collectibles. The Valencia Fair will host cosplayers on Saturday, May 17th and Sunday, May 18th, who will wear costumes and accessories inspired by their favorite characters from Japanese anime, movies, video games, and book series. How much do event tickets cost?

Anyone interested in attending the Japanese weekend can purchase day tickets through the official website or directly at the event box office. Prices vary depending on the type of ticket you choose. General admission costs €16 per day. This includes service fees, and once inside, you can enter and exit the venue as many times as you like, as long as you have your ticket. To enter, simply show your ticket on your mobile phone or bring a printed copy.

Alternatively, you can purchase the Anti-Crisis ticket for each day. The cost, including service fees, is 21 euros and includes a manga or anime film at the event, depending on your choice. Regardless of which ticket you choose, you must select your entry time to the event.

How to get to Feria Valencia: Japan Weekend 2025

The event takes place at Feria Valencia, a venue that hosts a wide variety of fairs, exhibitions, and events. Getting there is no problem. The venue is located just a few kilometers from the city center, which is well connected to the city’s transportation network. These are the options for getting to Feria de Valencia and enjoying Japan Weekend without any hassle:

  • Car: Feria Valencia has 7,000 parking spaces available, 4,000 indoor spaces and 3,000 free outdoor spaces. The rate is €0.03 per minute, or €15.30 for the full day with advance payment.
  • Tram: If the fastest and most convenient way to get to Feria Valencia is by tram, take line 4 from the city center to the main event entrance. This line only operates on select event days.
  • Metro: These are also viable options. Check the official Valencia Metro website for schedules and updates between stations. You should take Line 2 Llíria-Torrent, Avinguda Carolines/Fira stop (approximately 600m from the station). Noteworthy stations are: Jesús (next to Joaquín Sorolla AVE station) and Xàtiva (next to Valencia Nord train station).

Finally, if you’re arriving in Valencia by train or plane, these are your options for getting to the event venue:

  • Arrival from Joaquín Sorolla or Valencia Nord train stations. Both are located a few kilometers from Feria Valencia and just minutes from our accommodations. There is a taxi rank and metro stations located outside: Xátiva station for lines 3 and 5 or Bailén station for line 5.
  • Arriving in Valencia by plane. The airport is 7.4 km from Feria Valencia, where Japan Weekend 2025 is held. You can take a taxi or take metro lines 3 and 5.
