The most prestigious golf course in Valencia: El Saler
Located in the privileged setting of the Dehesa de El Saler, next to the Albufera Natural Park, it is considered by professionals and amateurs alike to be one of the best golf courses in the world. The Parador & Golf El Saler was inaugurated and built in 1968 by Javier Arana, a renowned Spanish golf course designer. The result is a masterpiece that integrates perfectly with its natural surroundings, on the shores of the Mediterranean, among pine forests, paths and sand dunes.
Its total length is more than six kilometres, spread over 18 holes. The greens offer a wide variety of flag positions and the bunkers are large. The club also has a golf school, driving range, chipping area, three putting greens and a luxurious hotel and restaurant where you can enjoy the most traditional Valencian dishes.
Golf & Spa Bonalba
A few kilometres from Playa de San Juan, there is one of the best golf courses in Alicante. It is a privileged area thanks to the magnificent and spectacular design by D. Ramón Espinosa. There are lakes and fountains scattered throughout the course, which make for an original and entertaining game.
El Tejo Golf Club
Located in Requena, it is the first and only approved rustic golf course in Valencia where no chemicals or artificial irrigation are used to treat the grass. The course consists of nine holes with double exits, making it an 18-hole course. The terrain is irregular and allows for clever play.

Villamartin Golf
Since 1972, it has been considered one of the most traditional and prestigious golf courses in the Valencian Community. It is considered to be one of the best in Spain, due to its design by Robert Dean Puttman and the natural setting in which it is immersed. It is a difficult 18-hole, par 72 course, with complicated greens that will raise the level of the game. It allows players with low handicaps, as well as those just starting out, to enjoy themselves.
Mediterranean Country Club
Placed in the urbanisation of La Coma in Borriol, Castellón de la Plana, it is the home course of the Spanish golfer Sergio García. This club organises competitions at various levels. Situated six kilometres from the Mediterranean Sea and surrounded by a green valley of pine, carob and olive trees, it blends in perfectly with nature.
A few years ago it became the venue for one of the European Tour's recurring tournaments, the "Castelló Masters". This 18-hole course has a par of 72 and is almost seven kilometres long. Strategically placed bunkers add to the challenge, making the course a terrain that is not known for its ease.
Vistabella Golf
Another of the most recognized golf courses in Valencia, near Alicante, on the Costa Blanca is Vistabella Golf. It was designed by the prestigious former world golf champion Manuel Piñero.
